Get EcoStruxure data

Public: no session or API key required.

Reads the current values of the location's EcoStruxure containers, stores them as the latest device snapshots and alarms, and returns what it stored. The previous snapshots for those devices are archived. MEX5 also includes its battery containers.

The ingestion scheduler runs this same collection every minute for MEX2 and MEX5, so call it only when you need values fresher than the last run.
