Creates a Project Request (Implementación de Proyectos) in Salesforce, linked to an existing Opportunity. opportunity_id, phase, and responsible_stage_id are required. project_manager_id, assigned_pmo_id, and site fall back to the referenced Opportunity's own values when omitted. The linked Quote (Quote_Final_del__c) is always resolved automatically from the Opportunity's quote — it cannot be set directly.
