Uploads a file and links it to an XC/IC request (LOA__c) as a new Salesforce ContentDocument. Like the Opportunity attachment upload, this takes the raw file bytes as the request body (application/octet-stream), not multipart/form-data — filename and content type are passed via the X-Filename and X-Content-Type headers.
