Required Permission(s):xc-request-create

Creates the contract setting for an XC request (document language, pricing, and currency). xc_request_id and doc_lang are required. If xc_client_price_id is provided, its price/currency/account name are copied in and take precedence over any explicit values. A request can only have one contract setting.
