Uploads a file and links it to an Opportunity as a Salesforce ContentDocument. Unlike other upload endpoints in this API, this one takes the raw file bytes as the request body (application/octet-stream), not multipart/form-data — the filename and content type are passed via the X-Filename and X-Content-Type headers instead of form fields.
