Creates a directory in my business's repository, optionally inside another one.

A missing name is reported with HTTP 200 and a message; nothing is created.

Acts on the signed-in business user's business. Same handler as the matching Business Files endpoint (see Create a directory), without a business in the path; KIO users get empty results.

Requires a session token whose role has the myfiles-directories-create permission.
