Returns the network devices that CA Spectrum monitors for the user's business, and their alarms. Each item is a map of Spectrum attribute IDs to values (e.g. 0x1006e = model name, 0x12d7f = IP address, 0x12bfe = client name); only items whose 0x12bfe is one of the user's Spectrum consoles are returned.

Works on the monitoring consoles assigned to the signed-in business user (business consoles of type spectrum; business admins get every console of their business). KIO users get HTTP 500.

Errors of the external system are reported with HTTP 200 and an error body (e.g. Error retriving information.).

Requires a session token whose role has the mykio-spectrum-read permission.
