Register a guest entry

Registers the entry of the guest of a QR code (optionally with temperature, or as rejected at the door). The signed-in user must have the visit's location among their event_location extradata. Business and external guests' entries are notified to the invited KIO users.

On a rejection, the user identified by id_user in the body (not the QR's guest) is banned for 15 days.

Requires a session token whose role has the kiolink-userregistration-entry permission.
