Permanently deletes a directory. Only one of its subdirectories is moved to the root; other subdirectories and the files inside keep the dangling directory ID.

Deleting an ID that does not exist still returns HTTP 200, with deletedCount: 0.

KIO users act on the business in the path; business users always act on their own business.

Requires a session token whose role has the files-directories-delete permission.
