Intended to permanently delete a sts.

It does not work: the handler uses Mongoose's callback API (deleteOne(filter, callback)), which Mongoose 7 removed, so it always fails with HTTP 500 and nothing is deleted.

Requires a session token whose role has the infra-manage-delete permission.
