Moves one of the visit's business devices in (Standby → new status) or out (Ingresado → new status), records it in the device history and emails a voucher to the guests and the warehouse.

If emailing the voucher fails, the API process can terminate (the error handler of the background email references an undefined function).

Requires a session token whose role has any of these permissions: kiolink-dcregistration-entry, kiolink-dcregistration-exit.
